And not being limited to only denims, it has brought out its range of Corduroy pants and shorts as well. The Nike Dunk has a rich legacy behind it. Originally introduced in two color combos, they were supposed to represent the school colors in basketball, shoes that 'Bled the school color' was how it was promoted. The impact was instant and huge. From then Nike has been re-introducing and re-launching this series due to huge consumer demands, with series such as Butter, Haze, Wu Tang, Stussy and Viotech. The latest model to hit the shelf was the Nike Dunk Vintage, in 2008, exactly 20 years after it's first launch.
Recognized worldwide, Ed Hardy was the one to take up the mantle of promoting tattooing to the world. Much acclaimed for his incorporation of Japanese aesthetic design and technique to more urban and contemporary style, he has since retired but to compensate for that has come out with his own clothing line, Hardy Line LLC. Based on his artwork, they have an unique mix of both the contemporary uber look in the cuts with a classic charm in the designs.
